Our purpose is to invest for a better world, and we have been pioneers in this space for over 30 years. For us, investing has two aims – generating solid financial returns and a positive impact for people, planet, and animals. At Australian Ethical, we prove that money can be a force for good. We do this by staying true to our purpose, which is embedded throughout our organisation and drives our everyday activities as a business, investor, brand, employer, and corporate citizen. We’re a registered B Corp and fully committed to an inclusive, equitable and forward-thinking workplace culture.

You’ll create clear, accessible content that improves member satisfaction and reduces support queries, while ensuring content is intuitive, inclusive, and aligned with user needs.

A core part of your role will be leading and implementing SEO strategy, covering keyword research, on-page optimisation, and performance tracking to drive organic growth and improve search visibility. You’ll also manage content architecture and the roadmap to ensure logical structure and scalability as our business evolves.

  • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate across teams to align SEO efforts with broader business goals

  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments

Content Architecture & Findability

  • Design scalable content architecture to support discoverability and usability
  • Structure content to align with user journeys and platform capabilities
  • Ensure effective tagging, categorisation, and indexing for internal and external search
