Main Responsibilities May Include But Not Limited To
- Provide technical support by developing and running extracts from various systems.
- Audit Population and Reporting: extract SAP and other data for sales and use tax audits.
- Manages extracting large datasets from IT systems & reconcile to ERP System.
- Utilizes knowledge of work group systems to assist on enhancements and development projects.
- Work with the appropriate teams to improve, streamline and optimize work. Review processes, reports, and other activities for process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain a general knowledge of U.S. sales & use and excise taxes and their application.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, or related field.
- Combination of + 8 years of tax systems, accounting, finance and/or audit experience
- Fluent in ERP/Tax systems, Microsoft Office tools, Power BI.
- Utilizes knowledge of work group systems to assist on enhancements and development projects. Preferred qualifications in system implementation (SAP)
- Excellent oral/written English skills
- Analytical skills and critical thinking
- US Indirect tax experience
- Soft skills: coordination/Leadership skills
- Able to adapt processes in response to a fast-paced environment.
