Sr Product Designer

We're hiring on behalf of Bluepro.ai, a U.S.-based AI and software technology company that is building the next generation of intelligent tools for operations, workforce management, and real-time decision-making. Their platform brings together AI, automation, and intuitive product experiences to help companies streamline complex workflows at scale.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the full design lifecycle — from UX research to UI, prototyping, and polished Figma delivery. You'll translate complex workflows into elegant, intuitive product experiences used across web and mobile. You'll work alongside engineering, product, and leadership to shape high-impact features in a fast-moving environment.

Own end-to-end product design for core features across web and mobile.
Create clean, dev-ready Figma files using components, variants, auto-layout, and organized libraries.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.
Lead user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate assumptions and guide product decisions.
Turn complex business logic into simple, intuitive UX.
Help influence the product roadmap with design thinking, research insights, and data-informed decisions.
Maintain and evolve the design system in Figma.
Partner closely with engineering to ensure smooth design-to-build execution.
Advocate for user experience and elevate product quality across teams

Requirements

4+ years of professional product design experience (SaaS experience preferred).
Mastery of Figma, including components, variables, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX flows, UI design, and complex problem-solving.
Ability to simplify workflows and clearly communicate design decisions.
Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams (bonus if you've worked with PMs or founders directly).
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction patterns.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving requirements
