EDGE Virtual Assistants is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Project Manager to support clients by coordinating projects, managing deliverables, tracking budgets, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.

As a Remote Project Manager at EDGE, you’ll play a key operational role in your client’s success. You’ll coordinate people, processes, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met
- Supporting insurance-related workflows by gathering and verifying documentation, preparing structured reports, and coordinating follow-ups
- Tracking budgets, assisting with cost estimation, preparing financial breakdowns, and reporting variances
- Reviewing project data to support claims submissions, supplemental requests, and dispute resolution
- Building and maintaining project schedules, task lists, and workflows using leading PM tools
- Acting as the central communication hub between clients, contractors, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams
- Delegating and tracking tasks to ensure resources are effectively allocated
- Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements
- Keeping project documentation organized and assisting with administrative work tied to overall project execution
We’re looking for someone who combines excellent communication with strong coordination and organizational skills.
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in project coordination, project management, or operations-focused virtual assistant roles
- Bonus: Experience in cost estimation, budget tracking, or insurance-related workflows
- Advanced English (C1+) with confident written and verbal communication
- Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar tools
