Your Tasks
- Development of algorithms for signal processing for a novel vestibular implant system, e.g., based on head or eye movement data
- Optimization of the algorithms for implementation in software and firmware
- Simulation of the algorithms using clinical as well as generated test data
- Support in the development of measurement setups and procedures, followed by testing of the implemented algorithms
- Master’s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering with a focus on Signal Processing, Communications Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of digital signal processing
- Proficiency in programming with MATLAB and Python, and basic knowledge of C and C#
- Knowledge of kinematics, linear algebra, digital filters, and processing of discrete sensor signals
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, as well as strong self-organization and independence combined with a team-oriented mindset; German is a plus

Minimum Salary: Annual gross salary from € 57,785.75, based on professional qualification and experience.
