To.Scale, on behalf of one of our clients, a major vehicle manufacturer based in Brussels, is looking for a Business Analyst to support the Sustainability & Circular Economy IT&D team, with a primary focus on documenting end-to-end requirements for the upcoming EURO 7 regulation implementation at TME.

This role sits at the heart of regulatory transformation: translating complex legal frameworks into clear, actionable IT system requirements, ensuring alignment with business strategies, and supporting the digitalization of Circular Economy initiatives.

If you're someone who loves breaking down complexity, thrives in structured analysis, and enjoys working cross-functionally to make sense of fast-changing regulations... you'll feel right at home here.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to André Cabo on LinkedIn — he'll be happy to walk you through the role and answer any additional questions.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to break down the EURO 7 regulation into system functionalities and IT deliverables.
  • Run E2E business process workshops (monojo sessions) with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyse and document complex process flows, data relationships, and downstream impacts.
  • Prepare structured business, functional, and data requirements for development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Architect and Development Team to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
  • Support Circular Economy digital projects in parallel, offering analysis, process clarification, and requirement definition.
  • Contribute to creating alignment, consistency, and traceability across the Sustainability & Circular Economy IT portfolio.
  • Work efficiently with both onshore and offshore delivery teams

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT&D or complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid experience documenting requirements, mapping business processes, and understanding data flows.
  • Ability to handle complex cross-functional topics independently.
  • Proficiency in O365 (Teams, SharePoint) and the Atlassian Suite (Jira Cloud, Confluence).
  • Experience working with onshore/offshore delivery models.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to ESG or regulatory frameworks (CSRD, EUDR, EUBP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Snowflake or modern data cloud platforms.
  • Background in automotive or large-scale industrial environments

Benefits

We are open to both FTE (full-time employees) or contractor arrangements.

In case you go for the FTE arrangement, these would be the benefits:

  • Meal vouchers
  • Pension scheme (2%)
  • Hospitalization Insurance
  • Company car
  • Remote allowance (60€/month)
  • Representation allowance (250€/month)

In case you are hired as a contractor, your daily rate will be based on 220 working days per year.

This will be converted into a fixed monthly fee that already includes your paid time off, meaning you're not just paid for the days you log, but also for your vacation days and local bank holidays.
