We’re expanding and looking for a Junior Data Analyst who is not only strong in Power BI, but also passionate about AI tools, automation, and product thinking.

🎯 Role Overview

This hybrid role sits between Data Analysis, AI Tools, and Product Management.

As a Junior Data Analyst & AI Tools Specialist, you will:

• Build dashboards and analytics systems in Power BI
• Use AI tools (Copilot, GPT, Claude, automation agents, Make/N8N) to support reporting and workflows
• Participate in the design and improvement of FuturLab’s internal AI products
• Help translate business needs into simple, scalable data products

You will work with consultants, Business Managers, AI product teams, and clients.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

1. Power BI & Data Analytics

• Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards
• Create optimized data models and DAX calculations
• Connect and clean data from multiple sources
• Support internal KPIs (sales, staffing, pipeline, consultant follow-up)

2. AI Tools & Automation

• Use AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to:
• automate document generation
• create mini workflows
• enhance productivity and reporting
• Support AI-driven scoring, enrichment, and classification tools
• Assist consultants and Business Managers in adopting AI tools daily
• Help design prompts and workflows for Make / N8N automations

3. Product Management Orientation

• Translate business requirements into clear data and AI features
• Work with FuturLab teams to shape new AI products
• Participate in UI/UX discussions for internal tools
• Test new features and provide feedback for iteration
• Document processes and contribute to product knowledge base

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

• Work closely with consultants, recruitment teams, and business managers
• Support AI and analytics projects for clients
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve operations
• Ensure clear communication around analytics and product roadmaps

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Experience of Power BI (mandatory)
• Strong DAX understanding
• Good mastery of Excel Power Query
• Basic SQL
• Interest in AI tools and productivity agents

Bonus points for experience with:

• API integration
• Data warehouses

AI & Product Skills

• Curiosity for AI agents and automation
• Understanding of prompt engineering basics
• Ability to think in terms of features, workflows, and user needs
• Passion for improving tools and building simple internal products

Education

• Bachelor/Master in Data, Business Intelligence, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
