Team Lead Developer

Position Details 

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Team Lead Developer at our offices in Tallinn, next to Ülemiste City. 

What we are looking for:

✅ 7+ years of experience in software development, with leadership experience in a technical team 

✅ Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development and high-throughput applications

✅ Excellence in development best practices and software architecture 

✅ Proven leadership and team management skills in a technical environment 

✅ Self-discipline, a proactive work approach, and the ability to guide and mentor others 

✅ Excellent English communication skills

Extra Points for:

➕ Familiarity with AWS and cloud service management

➕ Understanding of serverless Laravel app lifecycle

➕ Interest or experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or customs

➕ Ability to manage multiple projects and make critical technical decisions
