We are currently looking for an associate lawyer to join our IP & Technology Team. The position is ideally suited for someone with a genuine interest in intellectual property (IP) and technology law and the legal questions of the digital age, being either a newly graduated lawyer or a lawyer with some prior practical experience from IP or technology law. You will be part of one of the leading practices in Finland advising top-tier clients across borders and industries.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an associate, you will collaborate with more experienced colleagues in advising clients on various IP, technology, IT and data-related matters across diverse industries, such as healthcare and life sciences, consumer and retail, technology, media and telecom, engineering and machinery, and defence. Your tasks will include e.g. reviewing, drafting and commenting legal documents, conducting research, coordinating with clients, authorities and project teams, and participating into formulation of legal tactics and strategies for our clients. Beyond legal work, we also value your contributions to our down-to-earth team culture, and to maintaining and developing the business together with your colleagues.
