MissionAs a Full Stack Developer in Solibri’s Cloud Services team, your mission is to help drive cloud-first digital construction workflows by building scalable, high-quality model checking and collaboration services for the Solibri CheckPoint platform. You will shape how design teams and construction partners exchange, validate, and resolve issues on BIM models by delivering robust, responsive web applications using modern .NET technologies. Requirements

  • Back End Development:
    • Strong expertise in C# and .NET (preferably .NET Core).
    • Experience building and maintaining multiple production services.
    • Familiarity with inter-process communication such as gRPC, RabbitMQ, Kafka and Redis.
    • Able to design scalable APIs and application architectures.
  • Full Stack:
    • Competence in both front-end and back-end development, including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
    • Understanding of client-server architecture.
  • Cloud Applications:
    • Preferred Experience deploying and operating cloud services (AWS preferred).
    • Database design and proficiency in SQL and Entity Framework.
    • Experience with version control (Git).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Team player, proactive communicator, quick learner.
    • Fluent in English; Finnish is a strong advantage.
    • Lives in or near Delft, and comfortable with hybrid or office-based work.
    • Likes to collaborate – not an “einzelgänger.”
  • General:
    • Bachelor’s or higher in computer science, software engineering, or related technical field.
Nice to Haves

  • Experience with IFC, BIM workflows, or construction industry data standards.
  • Knowledge of microservice architecture patterns, Docker containerization, and CI/CD automation.
  • Familiarity with identity management and secure authorization (OAuth2) for enterprise SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like Vue, Angular or React.
  • Prior work with international, multi-lingual teams.

Example Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver client- and server-side components for Solibri CheckPoint’s cloud suite.
  • Integrate with leading platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, BIM 360, etc.).
  • Implement and optimize (like gRPC) messaging and distributed cache strategies.
  • Write clean, testable code for responsive model checking and collaboration features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain production systems.
  • Engage in code reviews, team sprints, and architectural discussions.
  • Work with product managers, design, and QA to deliver business value.
