Role: Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Join a large-scale telecom transformation program in Helsinki, where you’ll lead test automation strategy, manage complex environments, and ensure quality across multiple systems. This senior role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence the future of telecom testing.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test automation strategy for transformation programs
• Drive low-code/no-code automation (Mabl) and/or traditional frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, API automation)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for test environment services
• Ensure automation coverage, defect leakage reduction, and adherence to quality KPIs
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

Must have:

• Strong functional knowledge in Telecom domain
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (preferably Mabl)
• Expertise in automation frameworks and API testing
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based test environments
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Good to have:

• Familiarity with telecom QA processes, Amdocs systems, and test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr)
• Experience in performance and security testing
