Job Description:

Are you a data-driven professional passionate about leveraging analytics to shape business outcomes? We are seeking a Data Analyst who excels in data analytics and will play a key role in transforming complex data into valuable insights. Your expertise will drive strategic decisions and influence our business performance.

You will work closely with senior leadership to understand business needs, define key metrics, and develop insightful data dashboards. While building and maintaining data dashboards is part of your role, your primary focus will be on analyzing data from various sources, including Supabase (our transactional and user data), Mixpanel (tracking software), and advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analytics: Analyze data from multiple sources to extract actionable insights, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement that can drive business growth.
  • Design and Build Dashboards: Collaborate to create intuitive dashboards that effectively visualize key metrics, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on real-time data.
  • Data Interpretation: Work with senior leadership to understand business goals, ensuring data accuracy and relevance while identifying critical metrics for tracking performance.
  • Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration of data from platforms (Supabase, Mixpanel, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) into dashboards for comprehensive analysis.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly update and maintain dashboards, providing timely insights that reflect the latest data.
  • Provide Strategic Recommendations: Analyze findings to make data-driven recommendations aimed at improving business processes, marketing performance, and customer engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and leadership, to ensure data initiatives align with ongoing business objectives.
Required Skills:
  • Data Analytics Expertise: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Data Visualization: Skill in creating clear, intuitive, and informative visualizations that simplify complex data and make it accessible to stakeholders.
  • Business Metrics Understanding: Strong grasp of key performance indicators relevant to business, marketing, and operations.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with various teams to translate business requirements into impactful data solutions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and platforms (e.g., Retool, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience working with Supabase and Mixpanel.
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to work with large datasets.
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for identifying trends and generating insights.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
