As part of the Global Operations Execution team, this role addresses a key business need : monitoring and providing performance indicators to execution teams across Business Units (BUs). You will play a central role in enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize user needs related to data, reporting, and decision-making tools
  • Define key performance indicators (KPI) within a given scope
  • Implement and/or optimize monitoring and forecasting tools with the IT department
  • Analyze databases
  • Summarize and interpret results of analyses
  • Communicate analyses conclusions to stakeholders
  • Ensure proper user appropriation of various tools/reports
  • Identify problems (data quality, dashboard operation, business issues)
  • Propose action plans (implementation of tools, definition of processes, etc.)
  • Iterate on reports and dashboards based on user feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance of analytical tools
  • Any other tasks relevant to the position or scope

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role (Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Specialist).
  • You enjoy taking on challenges and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database querying.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting automation.
  • Ability to define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • You are looking to work in a fast-growing company that offers an innovative product.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing abilities, and can work independently.
  • You are fluent in English.
