We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (C#/.Net) (m/f/d)

Your Key Responsibilities

You will join one of our product teams and on a daily basis:

  • Design, develop, test, and deliver robust, maintainable software and APIs.
  • Contribute to architecture and system design through ADRs and reviews.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies to align with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business needs into practical, documented technical solutions.
  • Apply best practices in CI/CD, observability, and security.
  • Identify and resolve technical debt to improve system reliability.
  • Mentor peers and foster a collaborative learning culture.
  • Measure and improve engineering impact using key metrics.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for all components.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining cloud-based applications.
  • Experienced with microservices and distributed architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices.
  • Proficient in SQL Server and Entity Framework (or similar ORMs).
  • Familiar with cloud platforms; Azure experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • FinTech or banking industry experience is an advantage.
