YOUR ROLE


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow System Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet both business and technical needs. You will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from architecture and stakeholder engagement to deployment and support, while working closely with technology partners and supplier teams. Based in Dublin, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment and is passionate about driving innovation in enterprise service management.


Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical standards.
  • Oversee the full delivery lifecycle, from design through transition to operational support.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and technology partners to review and sign off on solution designs.
  • Support project management by aligning resources, risk mitigation, and planning with solution goals.
  • Advise development teams and contribute to solution prototyping and technical guidance.


YOUR PROFILE


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ ServiceNow implementations in the past 3 years.
  • Strong background in solution design, architecture, and delivery of ServiceNow projects.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
  • Holds a third-level degree or certification in a technology discipline.
  • Experience with integration technologies and interfacing systems.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and leadership skills.
