Barden is delighted to partner with one of our clients to help identify a Human Resources Business Partner on a full-time permanent basis.

Our client is a well-established organisation with a dynamic, agile team culture. In this role, you will join an experienced HR team with plenty of opportunities to add value and contribute to a wide range of projects.

If you’re proactive, people-focused, and motivated by making a real impact, this could be an excellent next step in your career.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Work closely with assigned business units, building strong stakeholder relationships and offering insightful HR support.
  • Foster effective partnerships within each business area, ensuring decisions and actions align with the wider HR strategy and framework.
  • Act as a trusted coach to people managers, helping them grow their confidence and capability in key people processes such as performance and talent management.
  • Align local people plans and initiatives with the broader firmwide people strategy to ensure a consistent employee experience.
  • Contribute to the HRBP team by supporting the delivery of core HR cycles and playing an active role in strategic HR initiatives.
  • Roll out HR policies, processes, and initiatives that gain strong buy-in from stakeholders while remaining compliant with evolving legislation and best practice.
  • Work closely with colleagues across all HR functions to continually enhance and streamline the overall People Experience throughout the organisation.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • Solid background in HR, with 5+ years’ experience in a generalist role — ideally within professional services.
  • Confident understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations, with sound judgement in complex situations.
  • Strong communicator who can build trust and influence at all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Highly organised, solutions-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
