ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Work closely with assigned business units, building strong stakeholder relationships and offering insightful HR support.
- Foster effective partnerships within each business area, ensuring decisions and actions align with the wider HR strategy and framework.
- Act as a trusted coach to people managers, helping them grow their confidence and capability in key people processes such as performance and talent management.
- Align local people plans and initiatives with the broader firmwide people strategy to ensure a consistent employee experience.
- Contribute to the HRBP team by supporting the delivery of core HR cycles and playing an active role in strategic HR initiatives.
- Roll out HR policies, processes, and initiatives that gain strong buy-in from stakeholders while remaining compliant with evolving legislation and best practice.
- Work closely with colleagues across all HR functions to continually enhance and streamline the overall People Experience throughout the organisation.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Solid background in HR, with 5+ years’ experience in a generalist role — ideally within professional services.
- Confident understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations, with sound judgement in complex situations.
- Strong communicator who can build trust and influence at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Highly organised, solutions-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
