We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented New Product Introduction (NPI) Executive to join our NPI and Data Governance team within Product and Supplier Management. This role offers the opportunity to shape how we support the smooth, swift, and seamless onboarding of new products into our business. You’ll work closely with category and supplier managers to ensure products are launched on time, with the right data and quality, to deliver the best possible customer experience.
What you will be doing:
- Manage exceptions within the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure timely and accurate product launches.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the NPI process.
- Oversee the smooth transition of new products from range selection through to release for sale.
- Collaborate with category and supplier managers to provide guidance, training, and support where needed.
- Maintain the integrity of master data to support product lifecycle management.
- Work autonomously to identify and resolve data issues, using tools like Excel (including VLOOKUPs and data manipulation) to support your analysis.
- Manage the launch process for NPI within the Business, with a focus on data management and process efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain data issues clearly and constructively.
- Technically minded, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for solving problems.
- Experienced Excel user, confident working with large data sets and identifying inconsistencies.
- Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and a good understanding of data governance principles.
- Previous exposure to international or multi-channel businesses is a plus, but not essential.
- Clear and confident English communication skills are essential, as you’ll be supporting teams across different markets.
