Role Overview:

We are looking for a self-driven data professional who can take ownership, lead independently, and deliver results with minimal supervision. Youll design, automate, and maintain complex data pipelines while collaborating with analysts and product owners to ensure business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to define and prioritize data requirements
  • Design, build, and maintain high-quality datasets and pipelines using SQL, Python, and Apache Airflow
  • Ensure code quality, data accuracy, and system performance
  • Proactively identify and solve data issues, taking full ownership of your deliverables
  • Lead initiatives with limited managerial oversight, driving progress through autonomy and expertise


Qualifications:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • SQL (4+ years, very strong), Python (strong), Apache Airflow (proven experience), Git (strong)
  • English: Professional proficiency
  • Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and leadership through action
