ABOUT THE ROLE:
Whether you're chilling in Vilnius or commuting from somewhere nearby, you'll join forces with a bunch of passionate tech minds in the fintech space, building sleek, scalable backend systems and shaping the architecture behind products that actually move the needle!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Leading the design and development of backend services using .NET Core and C#
- Making key architectural decisions and ensuring system scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Working across cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Collaborating with DevOps to enhance CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability
- Ensuring secure, robust production environments and promoting engineering best practices
- Mentoring developers and contributing to a strong, modern engineering culture
- Driving solutions with awareness of the broader business and product context
Must-have experience:
- Solid expertise (8+ years) in backend development with .NET Core and C#
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Good understanding of Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps workflows
- Experience building secure, reliable, production-grade systems
- Ability to design solutions with the bigger product and business picture in mind
- Experience with order management or trading systems
- Knowledge of real-time workloads, GraphQL, pub/sub
- Familiarity with Terraform, gRPC, or in-memory caching (Redis, etc.)
- Background in distributed or high-throughput systems
