Saldo Bank offers fully automated lending solutions for consumers and SME customers and term deposit account services for consumer customers. The company's advanced scoring system ensures responsible lending, and its own lending system supports business growth also internationally. The product innovations focus on further addressing the customers needs of today's digital banking.

What You'll Do:

• Design intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms that simplify financial processes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand consumer and SME customer needs and pain points
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, compliance, and marketing to ensure designs meet both customer expectations and regulatory standards
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across product lines
• Stay ahead of fintech and design trends, integrating emerging technologies and best practices in financial product design
• Participate actively in design reviews and cross-functional workshops to align product vision and execution
• Advocate for user-centricity at all company levels, contributing to cultural adoption of design thinking
• Ensure final product implementations match design specifications for optimal customer satisfaction.

Who You Are:

• You have 2-5 years of experience from Product design and/or Product management
• You have proven experience working with digital consumer focused products - ideally within fintech or banking
• You are skilled collaborator with excellent communication skills to work effectively in cross-disciplinary teams
• You have experience with tools and design software, such as Figma or Sketch
• You are passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences that drive business and customer success
• You have the ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive, user-friendly solutions
• You are a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
• You are pro-active, accountable with a “can-do” mindset
• You are fluent in English
