Our client - “Vilniaus vandenys” - is the largest water management company in Lithuania, supplying clean drinking water and treating wastewater for more than 283,000 customers in the city of Vilnius and the districts of Vilnius, Šalčininkai, and Švenčionys.

Job description:

  • Effective management of strategic projects (infrastructure, construction, IT, etc.), ensuring control of project timelines, budget, scope, resources, and risks.
  • Organizing teamwork and ensuring smooth cooperation between all project participants – internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Preparing technical documentation required for successful project implementation.
  • Providing regular reports to the project owner and the project team on project progress, results, and challenges.
  • Initiating, evaluating, and controlling project changes while applying best practices in change management.


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing infrastructure or construction projects (preferably in the public sector or engineering infrastructure).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification (advantage).
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and apply technical/project documentation.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a strong focus on results and high-quality project delivery.
  • Proactivity, responsibility, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in continuous improvement/LEAN and knowledge of its tools and principles (advantage).

Monthly Salary:

3600 – 4600 EUR gross, additional variable annual bonus depending on individual performance.
