Accessibility Business Analyst

Accessibility Business Analyst

What would be your mission?

You will play a key role at the intersection of business requirements, user needs, and accessibility standards. Your mission will be to ensure that the company's digital solutions and processes are inclusive, compliant, and centered on the experience of all users.

What would be your tasks?

• Analyze business and functional needs from the perspective of digital accessibility.
• Translate regulatory requirements (Accessibility Act, RGAA, WCAG, EN 301 549, etc.) into operational specifications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to incorporate accessibility best practices from the design phase.
• Participate in accessibility audits and testing, and monitor remediation plans.
• Contribute to regulatory and technological watch on digital inclusion.
• Produce reports and compliance indicators.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of digital accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Excellent analytical, modeling, and communication skills.
• Experience in project management or business analysis in a digital context.
• Strong sensitivity to user experience and inclusion.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French
