Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – Process Optimization:
- Model AS-IS and TO-BE business processes within key internal projects such as Document Flows and Customer Journeys (Investment).
- Conduct workshops with business and IT teams to collect requirements and align on process improvements.
- Produce detailed workshop summaries and ensure accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.
- Develop process models compliant with internal BPMN standards using modeling tools (e.g., Adonis, ARIS, BPMN.io).
- Identify and propose actionable process optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent understanding and implementation of optimized processes.
How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – Process Optimization?
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong expertise in process modeling and BPMN methodology.
- Hands-on experience with process modeling tools (Adonis, ARIS, BPMN.io, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; capable of leading workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex workflows and propose structured optimization solutions.
- High degree of rigor, analytical thinking, and autonomy in project delivery.
- Fluency in French and English.
