What you’ll do

• Own large parts of flagship iOS apps from concept to App Store
• Define architecture, set coding standards and push the iOS chapter forward
• Ship frequently and see your work in the hands of millions within weeks
• Work directly with clients, designers and cross-platform teams
• Mentor medior developers and keep the bar high
• Occasionally touch React Native when it makes sense for delivery speed
• Experiment with the latest iOS features the day they drop

What we’re looking for

• 5–7+ years of professional mobile development
• 4+ years shipping production iOS apps with Swift
• Master-level Swift: SwiftUI + UIKit, async/await, Combine, actors
• Strong accessibility game (VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, etc.)
• Testing muscle memory — XCTest, snapshot tests, E2E
• CI/CD pipelines and App Store release process in your sleep
• React Native experience is a big plus (or the drive to master it fast)
• Start-up/agency energy: proactive, pragmatic, hates bureaucracy
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
