Patagonia is an outdoor apparel company founded in 1973. At a time when all life on earth is under threat of extinction, we aim to use the resources we have—our business, our investments, our voice and our imagination—to influence changes needed to protect our planet. A registered B Corporation and founding member of 1% for the Planet, Patagonia is recognised internationally for its commitment to product quality and environmental activism, contributing over $145 million in grants and in-kind donations to thousands of grassroots environmental groups around the world.

Your role:

We’re in business to save our home planet. This role contributes to this purpose by leading EMEA-wide reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence tools to provide data-informed support to Sales Channels, Finance, Planning, and Senior Management. The role leads a team of data, reporting and insights analysts, ensuring consistent reporting standards, developing and maintaining dashboards and forecasting models as well as providing customer and market insights across regions and sales channels.

Main tasks:

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of three Data, Reporting and Insights Analysts, overseeing day-to-day prioritization, output quality, and development of functional expertise in business intelligence and insights generation.
  • Forecasting & Business Planning: Lead the monthly and annual revenue forecasting processes across all sales channels in EMEA and supports long-range financial planning (1–5 years), including seasonal buy budget development.
  • Reporting Governance & Tools: Own the development and maintenance of standardized dashboards and reporting systems across platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. Drives consistency, accuracy, and single source of truth in reporting.
  • Insight Generation: Provide regular and ad-hoc insights into market trends, customer behavior, campaign performance, and sales data to channel leaders and the senior leadership team, enabling data-informed decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Project Support: Collaborate with Planning, FP&A, Marketplace, and IT on analytics initiatives and tools (e.g., price monitoring systems), and supports regional input into global programs such as Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and global data consistency efforts.

What we’re looking for:

  • An inclusive mindset
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics with several years of team management experience
  • In-depth understanding of data analysis and modelling, applied to forecasting, business planning, and ad hoc insights using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Full understanding of customer and market insights, used to identify business opportunities, trends, and gaps in performance that inform sales and planning teams.
  • Full understanding of leading business reporting governance, ensuring data integrity, consistency across platforms, and alignment with global standards.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, applied in cross-functional analytics projects that support decision-making for Sales, Planning, and Finance.
  • Experience in managing analytics professionals, including structuring workload, guiding development, and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Full understanding of budget tracking, ensuring analytics tools, systems, and team costs stay within allocated resources
  • A love of the outdoors
  • An interest in saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work

It’s a plus if you also have the following:

  • Knowledge of European outdoor apparel market
