Emagine is currently looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong on-premise expertise to join a strategic engineering and infrastructure program focused on modernizing, automating, and scaling deployment and operational processes across a large enterprise environment.

The selected professional will be responsible for managing and optimizing on-prem infrastructures, automating provisioning workflows, and ensuring high-performance environments aligned with organizational standards and operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain on-prem infrastructure and deployments, ensuring reliability and security.
• Automate configuration, provisioning, and deployment processes using Ansible.
• Support, configure, and troubleshoot JBoss environments across multiple stages.
• Work with TKGI and Kubernetes clusters, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and delivery efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and rapid response to operational issues.
• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering ecosystem.
• Align infrastructure and automation strategies with enterprise objectives and operational governance.

You bring:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in DevOps or similar engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, JBoss, TKGI and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, pipelines, and automation methodologies.
• Experience working with on-prem environments, including networking, servers, and security principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Autonomy, ownership, and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
