THE ROLE
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager for the Fulfillment area, reporting to the Product Lead.

Fulfillment in an e-commerce context is the complete process of receiving, processing, and delivering customer orders. It includes all operational steps necessary to ensure that products are accurately picked/packed, shipped, and successfully delivered to customers, always keeping the customer promises.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps
  • Provide operational support to the product managers, liaising daily with engineering to ensure the delivery of our products
  • Work with your product peers to understand the context and product thinking behind your specialized area of product
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document customer needs and feedback
  • Support prioritizing product features based on business goals and customer impact
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making
  • Assist in go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with marketing and trade teams
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies




Who You Are

  • You are proactive, with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Interested and knowledgeable about technology, with a hands-on mentality to drive things forward
  • Able to understand and discuss high-level technical concepts and solutions
  • Passionate about identifying and solving customer problems
  • Knowledgeable in tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Proficient in English
