UX/UI Designer

Findmore Consulting S.A., founded in 2006, is a company specialized in Information Technology, with over 500 consultants. We provide services in infrastructure and cloud, software development, and agility, contributing to large-scale projects in Portugal and across Europe.

We are looking for talented and purpose-driven individuals to join our teams!

Main Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered interfaces and digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing interactions;
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, supporting the full design lifecycle;
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and alignment with technical constraints;
• Apply frontend knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate design intent effectively and support implementation when needed;
• Integrate Power BI dashboards and other data visualizations into user interfaces, supporting data-driven decision-making;
• Promote accessibility, responsive design, and UX best practices throughout all stages of product development;
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in UX design;
• Proficiency in Figma;
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools;
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js;
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG;
• Background in data-driven design or business intelligence.
