Job Description

As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our department through the agile transformation process, this includes teams, managers, groups and more. You will be responsible for fostering an agile mindset within the organization, mentoring teams on agile practices, and ensuring the successful implementation of agile methodologies across various projects. Your expertise will help improve team performance, enhance collaboration, and drive overall project success. You will also be a key facilitator for the department and participate/organize/facilitate many workshops for BA´s, DEV´s, squad leads and team leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching to teams on agile principles, frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean), and practices to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Agile Transformation: Lead and support the organization’s agile transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to promote understanding and adoption of agile practices among team members and stakeholders.
  • Performance Metrics: Help establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of agile implementation and team performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and alignment on project goals and priorities.
  • Feedback Loop: Encourage a culture of feedback and reflection through regular retrospectives and reviews, promoting a growth mindset within teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior management and other stakeholders to advocate for agile practices, address challenges, and promote the benefits of agile methodologies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging agile methodologies to continuously enhance the coaching program.

Qualifications

  • Computer Science and Engineering (not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluency in English (Spoken and written);
