Role Overview:

We are looking for an IP Engineer to integrate our teams in Lisbon, working on-site in a leading global telecommunications provider.

This role will be focused on supporting the rollout phase of IP projects and providing ongoing customer support and maintenance, ensuring project goals are met with quality and timeliness.

What you will do:

• Collaborate directly with the Technical Director during the rollout phase of IP projects;
• Provide technical support and maintenance to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction;
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot IP network solutions including SD-WAN, Datacenter Network, IPRAN, and IP CORE;
• Work with routing protocols such as OSPF, ISIS, BGP, and MPLS VPN;
• Ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced and international environment;
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues.

What you are like:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields;
• Proficient in IP network design, configuration, and troubleshooting;
• Skilled in protocols including OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS VPN, and Ethernet;
• Experienced in implementing and supporting SD-WAN, Datacenter Network, IPRAN, or IP CORE solutions;
• Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills;
• Comfortable working in dynamic and international environments;
• Certifications such as xCNA or equivalent are a plus;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (both mandatory).
