IT Project Manager - ROC Delivery Cluster 100% (f/m/d) (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 31.12.2026 with possible extension)

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Core Banking replacement program consisting of 25 projects each covering an end-to-end product value chain across multiple IT systems (Temenos Transact & Satellites)
• Project lead for a development cluster across multiple applications
• Define project plans incl. timeline, milestones, budget, risk assessment and communication
• Establish cross-functional teams in different locations and drive implementation, testing and roll-out
• Ensure continuous progress and cost tracking, quality assurance, risk & change management
• Act as primary point of contact between projects, program management, business units, IT departments, and third-party partners
• Facilitate regular status meetings, steering meeting updates, and change control boards
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business priorities and IT architecture principles
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Senior project manager proficient in agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• 8+ years of experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably within financial services or private banking environments
• Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale IT initiatives from initiation to closure
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools, JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite
• Formal certification highly desirable: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum Master (PSM/CSP), SAFe, or similar
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (German, Spanish) are a plus
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• High level of personal accountability and ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment
• Deep commitment to integrity, client focus, and operations
• Team player with hands-on personality showing a strong can-do attitude
