Main objectives

Develop and enhance web-based chatbot interfaces, integrating AI agents and improving user experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the delivery and development team to produce software design
• Understand web-based chatbot products, analyze client requirements, and adapt interfaces
• Support clients in integrating chatbot solutions into their websites
• Develop custom animations, transitions, and micro-interactions
• Define AI agent configurations and interactions with client webpages
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Test, deploy, and monitor applications in production environments
• Continuously improve code by revising, updating, refactoring, and debugging
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support

Requirements

• Strong experience in JavaScript and solid skills in HTML5 and CSS
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming concepts
• Passion for designing and coding CSS for modern user interfaces
• Experience with responsive design techniques
• Good knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and best practices
• Understanding of Web Accessibility standards and guidelines
• Experience with React and state management libraries
• Experience using graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or open-source alternatives
• Familiarity with Webpack
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and clients
