DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer who will design, automate, and optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes. You will work on large-scale digital platforms and collaborate closely with both technical and business teams.

What You Will Do

• Design, implement, and maintain DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance and streamline CI/CD processes.
• Manage and optimize Azure-based environments.
• Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code and automated deployments.
• Orchestrate and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Administer code repositories and CI/CD tooling.
• Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security.
• Contribute ideas for improving environment stability, performance, and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Take part in technical discovery sessions and provide technical leadership when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and managing Azure infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or similar.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder-facing discovery sessions.
• Experience guiding or mentoring technical teams.
• Cloud certifications (Azure or AWS) are a plus.
