Golang Software Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale the backend systems that power core product functionality
• Design, implement, and maintain backend services, APIs, and infrastructure components
• Own systems end-to-end — architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, iteration
• Work closely with frontend, ML, and product teams to turn ideas into robust, scalable features
• Influence backend architecture, engineering culture, and long-term technical strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and scaling backend systems in production
• Fluency in Go, Rust, or similar backend languages, with strong API design skills
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance
• Experience integrating backend systems with frontend applications and ML pipelines
• Product-minded engineering instincts — able to balance speed with long-term system quality
• A high-ownership, low-ego approach to collaboration and problem-solving
