For our client we're currently looking for a UX Designer (Robotics):
- We are part of a global R&D network where each location brings unique expertise.
- Our Mölndal office is dedicated to developing the product family—a suite of tools for robotic programming, modeling, simulation, and offline programming of robots.
- Together with colleagues worldwide, we shape the future of industrial and collaborative robotics in close partnership with our customers.
- To strengthen our software team, we are now looking for an experienced UX Designer to drive application development in the field of hyper-realistic simulation.
Location Requirement:
We value close collaboration and team synergies. Therefore, we are primarily seeking colleagues who can work on-site at least 4 days per week.
Your Background and Skills:
• You are a passionate UX/UI designer with a strong user-centered mindset and an eye for clean, intuitive de-sign.
• You likely hold a master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• You can showcase a strong portfolio with a variety of projects across different platforms and devices.
• You have hands-on experience across all stages of the design process, from initial user research to fi-nal design including user journeys, personas, wireframe and interactive prototypes.
• You bring proven experience in using design skills to visualize concepts and translate abstract ideas into tangible final design ready for development.
• You collaborate effectively and are comfortable in presenting and articulating design decisions to both designers, developers, and product management.
• You are efficient in communicating with diverse teams, ensuring good collaboration and team spirit.
• You speak and write English fluently. If you’re not yet fluent in Swedish, you have a genuine interest in learning and are likely already on your way.
• You have an interest in technical domains and complex applications.
Responsibilities:
• Play a key role in solving exciting design challenges alongside experienced designers and developers.
• Work within a modern, agile software organization equipped with the latest tools and technologies.
• Document design proposals and ideas according to established principles.
• Follow the company’s UX design framework and contribute to continuous improvement of UX processes and tools.
• Stay attentive to customer needs and proactively seek user feedback.
Qualifications:
• You have 3+ years of professional experience as a UX designer
• You are confident and quick using Figma
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; eagerness to learn Swedish.
• Availability to work primarily on-site in Mölndal.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with design system management.
• Familiarity with creating icons and other vector graphics.
• Used to work with UX writing and content creation.
