About the role:

As Senior Network Engineer you’ll play a role to support company wide network environments as part of Global IT team. You will be working very closely with other global team members to support the enterprise network and come up with world class network for our employees.

This role independently supports the global design, implementation, and maintenance of private and public network infrastructure. Provides guidance and expertise to management and users on topics surrounding strategy and best practices. Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Advanced individual contributor who works on highly complex problems, tasks, or projects.

What you will get to do:

• Coordinates maintenance and upgrade of networks, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and network management systems.
• Accountable for appropriate monitoring of network connectivity and ensures high quality data transmission. Provides technical support to various departments and users with regards to LAN/MAN/WAN (local/metropolitan/wide area networks) and cloud-based networks.
• Serve as a liaison with network engineers, vendors, and other third-party providers in installation of network.
• Participates in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and disaster recovery testing.
• Provides regular status, operational, incident, and change reports.
• Experience with Cloud computing platforms. (AWS)

Who we are looking for:

Must have:

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, SNMP, NTP, DNS, DHCP, TACACS & RADIUS.
• Knowledge on SSL-VPN, IPSec VPN, SD-WAN.
• Strong Knowledge of LAN Switching, including VLANs, 802.1Q, VPC, port channels, port security, HSRP, and Spanning Tree and wireless network.
• Extensive experience and knowledge on routing protocols (Static, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Knowledge on NGFW.
• Hands on experience with Cisco IOS/NXOS, F5 LTM, Palo-Alto products.
• Knowledge on Analyzer/Monitoring tools (Solarwinds or Logic Monitor).
• 4-6 years of experience in Enterprise Networking

Nice to have:

• Working knowledge in SDWAN
• Experience with managing redundant data circuits DIA, SDWAN, Amazon Dx,
• Hands-on experience using monitoring tools, automation tools (Python) etc.
• Experience working with AWS networking.
