1. Advanced Reporting and Dashboard Development
- Design and build dynamic, interactive dashboards and reports primarily using Advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulae) and potentially secondary tools (like Power BI).
- Generate and distribute periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc reports for various departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.).
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel Macros (VBA) or Power Query to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
2. Data Management and Analysis
- Collect, compile, validate, and clean data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

I. Technical Expertise (Must-Haves)
- Expert Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Non-negotiable):
- Mastery of complex formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, OFFSET, INDIRECT).
- In-depth experience with Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Slicers for data summarization and visualization.
- Strong working knowledge of Power Query (Get & Transform) for data extraction and cleansing.
- Experience with Power Pivot/Data Model for handling large datasets and creating relationships.
- Practical experience in writing and editing VBA Macros to automate tasks.
- Data Visualization: Proven ability to create clean, visually effective charts and graphs that convey complex data simply.
- SQL Knowledge (Preferred but not mandatory): Basic ability to write simple SQL queries to extract data from databases.
- BI Tools (Advantageous): Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau is a significant plus.
II. Experience and Education
