We are looking for a dynamic intern, curious, proactive and eager to learn, to join our HR operations APAC team.
Our job purpose:
The role focuses on People Operations and also drives the strategic analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights. You will also be able to showcase your People partnering abilities collaboratively working with various teams providing total People experience to employees.
Here are the key responsibilities:
- Assist in data maintenance / entry and system problem solving.
- Act as the first employee contact point for internal systems support including MyHR, MXP
- Work with local HR in data cleaning and to improve data integrity and quality in the region.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis from reports and dashboards
- Support the team with report request and system assistance.
- Support the region with any strategic projects and initiatives, including the integration of internal systems and platforms.
- Coordinate and support People team activities and initiatives.
- Support in handling HR operations and assisting employees and management with HR policies
Required Skills:
- Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in preferably business administration, human resources and other relevant studies
- Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
- An eye for details and a passion for visuals with basic knowledge of graphic design and slide presentations (e.g. Canva, Powerpoint etc)
- People-person with good communication and influencing skills for day-to-day working with teams; good business writing & presentation skills; being proactive and self-organised.
- Able to commit full-time (5 days) for 6-months.
