What You'll Do
- You will act as the subject matter expert regarding security systems, solutions and regulatory requirements.
- You will design and organise training to raise awareness of security within the organization.
- You will drive the security awareness program to increase overall security awareness of staff.
- You will manage security program and solution management to ensure programs are effectively delivered and solutions are effective.
- You will provide consultancy and management for security systems, controls and solutions.
- You will be responsible for security project management including schedule, performance, cost and vendor management.
- You will lead in IT security threat, incident management and investigation.
- You will develop and maintain IT security incident response and handling playbook for various threat scenarios.
- You will be responsible for maintaining the related ISO/WLA policy documentation.
- You will keep abreast of new and emerging IT risks, attack vendors and technology, and educate the IT community on the latest trends and news.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Science / Related IT Discipline.
- You have minimum 6 years of working experience in IT security.
- You have extensive experience around IT security strategies, policies, and procedures.
- You have knowledge of the gaming industry, various security methodologies and processes, and technical security solutions.
- You have ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have experience as a trainer and provide guidance to team.
- You have experience in Information Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with BS7799 / ISO27001 or WLA or other standards.
- You have professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA.
