What you’ll get to do

We are looking for a AI/ML Engineer joining our team in Vienna. In the team we make sure that data from all kinds of sources, no matter how big, complicated, or messy, ends up in our central data warehouse, and is robust to unforeseen changes. You will contribute to the team by developing and implementing AI and machine learning models and algorithms.

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products or develop new AI-driven features.
• Support the development team in putting these services to production
• Help shape the roadmap for PlanRadar’s AI future
• Support other teams with your know-how and working closely together with data engineers and BI analysts
• Come up with fresh ideas to help make decisions more data-driven and to democratize access to data

WHO YOU ARE

• Our ideal candidate has an MSc. or BSc. In a relevant field of study such as: Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, Physics or Mathematics
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• You enjoy writing robust and well-tested Python code
• You have solid experience with Python's data and scientific computing stack
• You are familiar with the latest generative AI models and their real-world applicability
• You are familiar with git and software development tools for CI/CD, monitoring, and logging
• Previous experience in working with cloud providers like AWS and serverless architectures is a bonus
• You have very good English language skills – German language skills are a plus a plus

The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from € 40.600.- to € 63,000.-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
