Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years of React experience with modern hooks and patterns, strong JavaScript (ES6+) proficiency, and expertise in state management (Redux or similar).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, CSS/responsive design, and Git version control.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, performance optimization, and code review skills
- Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, complex forms, state persistence, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Familiarity with design systems, custom hooks, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
