Job Summary
Hiring a Manager/Senior Manager to lead process consulting engagements across the Energy & Utilities and Manufacturing sectors. The role includes problem-solving, project delivery, process optimization, and strong client management while serving as a market-facing representative of Protiviti.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process consulting and operational excellence projects
- Deliver solutions in areas such as process re-engineering, cost optimization, policy & procedure development, DoA, internal controls, ISO implementation, Lean Six Sigma, and process maturity assessments
- Manage client expectations and ensure high-quality project outcomes
- Present insights, reports, and recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders
- Support business development through proposal creation and industry networking
- Handle multiple consulting projects across E&U and Manufacturing sectors
- 7+ years (Manager) / 9+ years (Senior Manager) total experience
- 5+ years consulting experience with proposals and end-to-end delivery
- Experience in Energy & Utilities or Manufacturing
- GCC experience (UAE/Saudi/Qatar/Oman/Kuwait/Bahrain)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; MBA preferred
- Lean Six Sigma / ISO certifications are a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle pressure, multitask, and lead teams independently
- Detail-oriented, professional, and business-focused
- Flexible to travel across GCC
