We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer who will act as a central technical reference for all web-related projects. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership to ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality digital products.
Technical Leadership
- Act as the main technical reference for full-stack development within the Web team.
- Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and reusable components.
- Perform code reviews to ensure high quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Support and mentor developers in modern frameworks, tools, and workflows.
- Collaborate with the Web Team Lead on technical planning, risk assessment, and roadmap definition.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and other stakeholders to deliver robust and responsive web solutions.
- Ensure all technical approaches align with Gameloft’s marketing, branding, and production goals.
- Assist in deployment processes, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Architect and implement both front-end and back-end components.
- Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and database structures.
- Ensure applications meet Gameloft standards for security, performance, and accessibility.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and dockerized deployment environments.
- Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of web applications and internal tools.
- Identify risks, scalability challenges, and potential issues early in the development process.
- Conduct audits of existing codebases and infrastructure to ensure long-term stability.
- Recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Proven background as a technical reference or mentor in web teams
- Proficiency in both back-end and front-end development
- Back-end Node.js, Express.js, Strapi
- Front-end JavaScript / TypeScript, React / ReactDOM, Next.js, Remix.js, Tailwind CSS
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB, Git / GitFlow Docker, CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with CMS systems (Strapi, WordPress, Contentful) and animation libraries (GSAP, Anime.js)
- English level strong intermediate or higher
- Experience with marketing automation or analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Segment)
- Understanding of accessibility audits, performance testing, or A/B testing
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
