We are looking for a highly skilled Remote UX/UI & Graphic Designer to join our growing product and tech team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design, user interface design, and visual communication. This role requires comfort and proficiency in working remotely, managing your own time effectively, and collaborating seamlessly as a valued team player.

• Design & Iteration: Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing web pages.
• Figma Mastery: Utilize Figma as the primary design tool to create, maintain, and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• User-Centric Approach: Translate complex requirements and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

• Visual Assets: Produce high-quality graphic design assets for marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, email templates, and pitch decks.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphic design work adheres to and elevates the company's established brand guidelines.
• Illustrations & Icons: Design custom icons, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance product features and marketing campaigns.

• Experience: Proven work experience (2+ years preferred) as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse online portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills in both UX/UI and graphic design.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with Figma (required).
• Remote Work: Demonstrated success working effectively in a fully remote environment, including managing deadlines, utilizing communication tools, and maintaining high productivity.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
