Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled GoLang Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and services. The ideal candidate will have strong programming fundamentals, experience building scalable microservices, and a deep understanding of distributed systems and modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices and APIs using GoLang.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, QA) to deliver end-to-end features.
Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and performance tuning.
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend logic for scalability and performance.
Implement testing frameworks and ensure code quality via automated tests.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across distributed systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in backend development, with 2+ years of hands-on GoLang experience.
Strong knowledge of Go routines, channels, and concurrency models.
Experience in microservices architecture and API development.
Proficiency with RESTful services, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with gRPC, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
Understanding of security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
