Your Role
- Support infrastructure automation using configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet) and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (Terraform).
- Write automation scripts and manage deployment pipelines.
- Integrate automation workflows with ServiceNow for change tracking.
- Experience in infrastructure automation.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell).
- Exposure to configuration tools like Chef or Puppet and IaC tools like Terraform.
- Understanding of ServiceNow change and incident modules.
- Willingness to learn and grow in DevOps practices.
