About the Role
Furlenco is redefining how India experiences furniture and home appliances — stylish, functional, and on your terms, whether you rent or buy. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the world sees and connects with the Furlenco brand across campaigns, platforms, and cities.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just design but thinks brand. Someone who brings experience from ad agencies or high-performing design teams, is fluent in both traditional tools and modern AI workflows, and can bring asset creation for motion graphics and videos to life when the idea calls for it.
This is a senior, hands-on role — part storyteller, part problem-solver, and all heart.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the visual language of Furlenco’s brand across social, digital, OOH, video, and in-store campaigns.
- Conceptualize and execute performance-led, conversion-driven creatives for monthly campaigns and product launches.
- Work closely with brand managers, copywriters, video editors, and motion designers to deliver high-impact content.
- Own and evolve design systems that stay rooted in our brand identity yet adapt to platforms and formats.
- Translate abstract business needs and campaign briefs into smart, scalable design solutions.
- Stay sharp on industry trends, cultural cues, and new-age tools — especially around AI, automation, and storytelling in motion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain consistency and quality.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic/brand design, with at least some tenure at a creative agency or D2C brand.
- A portfolio that shows visual sharpness, conceptual thinking, and platform-specific design (social, display, OOH, motion)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and experience with AI design tools.
- Bonus: Knowledge of motion graphics and basic video editing (Premiere, Blender ,After Effects, CapCut, Runway, etc.)
- Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and guide creative discussions with stakeholders.
- Self-starter attitude — you take ownership, hit deadlines, and can think both creatively and commercially.
- Ability to balance brand aesthetic with business outcomes.
