Responsibilities
- Translate growth ideas into quick, high-quality design executions.
- Partner with product managers, marketers, and engineers to test and refine experiments.
- Iterate fast based on performance metrics and qualitative insights.
- Ensure brand and visual consistency across multiple product areas.
- Support design systems with new, data-backed components and visuals.
- 2–3 years of product or visual design experience in fast-moving environments.
- Strong design foundation — composition, typography, and storytelling.
- A portfolio that demonstrates speed, clarity, and creative experimentation.
- Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of motion or animation tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Be part of a design team that runs bold, data-driven experiments.
