Responsibilities
- You will work as a part of the product team, collaborating closely with other Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to create innovative solutions and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Champion Systems Thinking: Craft scalable, reusable solutions that seamlessly align across platforms and products.
- Develop and Document Design Standards: Establish design principles, components, interaction patterns and design tokens rooted in accessibility guidelines to promote consistency across our product suite.
- Collaborate Cross Functionally: Work closely with PMs, developers, business team and fellow designers to create user-centric solutions that are aligned with our goals. You should be able to tailor your communication style according to the audience.
- Craft & Research: Independently develop design solutions that balance aesthetics, user needs, and technical feasibility. Conduct user research using a variety of methods.
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Proven UX Experience: A solid background in UX design with a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver impactful projects.
- Design Systems Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building or maintaining a design system for multi-component, multi-platform products.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: High-level skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar software. (We are using Figma!)
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
