About This Role
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our Software Engineering – BIBDA team in Pune, India. In this role, you will facilitate Agile delivery practices, support cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with product goals and timelines. You will work closely with Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic technology environment.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritise backlogs, ensuring alignment with product vision.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Promote adherence to Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and communicate progress, sprint goals, and timelines to relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with senior Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to enhance team performance and personal development.
- 4 to 8 years of overall experience, with at least 2–4 years in a Scrum Master role.
- Proven experience managing Application Development (AD) projects, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Skilled in leading Scrum ceremonies, facilitating focused discussions, and ensuring transparency.
- Adept at identifying blockers, resolving conflicts, and enabling seamless project delivery.
- Holds a degree in B.E. / B. Tech, BCA / MCA, or BSc / MSc in Computer Science.
- Familiar with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project (MPP), Slack, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
